Despite being fit and active, my running fitness was very low and I hadn’t run regularly in years, and whenever I had tried running in the past it hadn’t been very successful. So there was work to do. Over the course of 10 weeks Carly helped me get running fit, improve my technique and increase stamina. The programme included catch ups over zoom, support via whatsapp and a weekly plan via an app where the programme was delivered. It was easy to understand and follow and Carly was just the other end of the phone if I did need clarification or anything tweaking.
During the time I had a two week holiday, but Carly was able to adapt the programme, meaning I didn’t fall behind but was also also enjoy my time away without pressure.

I’m pleased to report I was successful in achieving the required standard in the fire service fitness test and that really is testament to the support, expert guidance and accountability that I got from working with Carly. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Carly again and definitely recommend!
