Important Information

On this Christmas lights run there will be lots of photo stops, and there are a couple of main road crossings, so we will not be running for the full time, and it will be at a very leisurely pace. However, to help you get the maximum enjoyment from this RunTheShire Christmas lights run you should be able to run comfortably for 30-40 minutes.

We will be crossing roads and will be running alongside a busy main road for part of the route so it is important to listen out for instructions from your run leader. However, as we are all adults you are responsible for your own safety.

Sadly, due to insurance, we are unable to have dogs, buggies or under 16’s join us on our runs. Thank you for understanding.

Ready to Run form

To join a run please complete the ‘Ready to Run’ form when you book (you only have to do this once). The form also includes emergency contact details. If you arrive to a run without having completed this form I’m really sorry but you won’t be able to join us, even if you have already paid.

When you book your first run, a ‘RunTheShire’ account will be automatically created using the email address you provide – this is where you can see all your bookings and make any changes to bookings, personal details or update In Case of Emergency details.

Cancellations

If I have to cancel the run I will issue a refund. As this is a charity run I wont be accepting cancellations so please make sure you have the date clear and can attend the run.
