We’d love you to join us on one of our runs, choose from a weekly social run in the city of Worcester, guided trail run in the countryside, improvers or learn-to-run courses and through face to face coaching. RunTheShire - Women's Running Adventures | Women’s Social Run Group | Worcester

Join our happy chatty social run where you can relax, have fun and forget about the world. We always warm up and cool down, and run for about 40 minutes.

Trail

RunTheShire - Women's Running Adventures | Guided Trail Run | Worcestershire

Join a guided trail run lead by a qualified and experienced trail runner. We run at a social pace, hiking the hills and take time to admire the views.

Learn

RunTheShire - Women's Running Adventures | Learn to Run | Worcestershire

Learn to run for 30 consecutive minutes over the course of 12 weeks. Our groups are small and we run together with no pressure on pace or distance covered.
